• Personalized Account Access
Through our web-based reporting system you will be issued a secure username and password to help ensure account protection. You will then have access to a variety of information regarding your service and account 24/7 365 days a year. Below are the items you may access through your personalized account access:

• Account Statement
You can go online to view or print an Account Statement that shows each invoice with an outstanding balance. The statement can be viewed online or printed out for remittance with payment.

• Service History
This feature shows you a history of each service visit. The report is sorted in date order to make it easy to search through the list.

• Material Usage History
The Material Usage feature provides a history of all materials that were applied during past service dates. The report shows the date, type of material and building address for each material application in your account.

• Billing History
You will have access to a report, listing each invoice in your account, sorted in date order. You will also have the convenience of being able to print out these invoices directly from the report.

• Payment History
The Payment History section supplies you with a listing of all of the payments that have been made for completed services. The list is sorted in date order and includes the amount paid for each invoice.

• Station History
The Station History section provides you with a diagram including color-coded station indicators complete with activity level and current status. The Station History Diagram can be viewed to highlight the Type of Pest and the Level of Activity. You can click on a station indicator to see the complete history of any particular station. You can also view a station history reports to show trend analysis.

• Handheld Computer Monitoring
Hamilton Environmental Solutions utilizes the most advanced and powerful service management software available to the pest management industry. This software utilizes hand held computer monitoring technology to capture important service data such as materials applied, pest activity, time stamps for treatments and many other important details of your service.
